Computer is overheating
Try these steps in order. Stop if a step does not apply to your device or could risk important data.
- Shut down and clean dust from vents and fans.
- Make sure every fan spins.
- Keep vents clear.
- Check CPU and GPU temperatures.
- Confirm the CPU cooler is mounted correctly.
