Windows Bluetooth issues
Try these steps in order. Stop if a step does not apply to your device or could risk important data.
- Open Device Manager and expand Bluetooth.
- Right-click the main Bluetooth adapter and choose Uninstall device.
- Restart the PC so Windows can reinstall it.
- Run Windows Update, including optional driver updates.
- Install the Bluetooth driver from the PC or motherboard manufacturer if needed.
